The communication with our coordinator, Nataly, was quick, efficient, and clear. She helped run the night so smoothly and without any hiccups. Even so, at any point of the evening, she was responsive to whatever needed to be done or had to be changed/updated last minute. Perfect location for our big day!
We had stayed at The Palms several times before booking the location for our wedding and it was the perfect venue for our event. Nataly and the event staff were so responsive to all of my questions and helped me design exactly what I envisioned for our wedding day. The variety of location options for the ceremony, cocktails, and reception made for a great experience for our guests and provided a perfect backdrop. The food was delicious and their ability to accommodate my many allergies seamlessly helped make the day easy for me. The day of the wedding went very smoothly with the professional guidance of Nataly and our guests had a great time.
